Rocky Boiman is an American former professional football player and current sports analyst. He was born on January 24, 1980 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, where he was a three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and baseball. He then attended the University of Notre Dame, where he was a four-year starter at safety and a two-time team captain. Boiman was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played four seasons with the Titans, and one season with the Indianapolis Colts. He was a member of the Colts' Super Bowl XLI championship team. He retired from the NFL in 2008. Since retiring from the NFL, Boiman has worked as a sports analyst for ESPN, Fox Sports, and the NFL Network. He is currently a college football analyst for ESPN. In the summer of 2011 it was announced that he would be an analyst for the Sky Sports network in the United Kingdom. He was joined by Nick Ferguson and two other English analysts.

In the fall of 2011, he was appointed a trustee of Green Township, located on the west side of Cincinnati in Hamilton County, replacing a member who had stepped down to take another position in Hamilton County.

On August 30, 2010, he was signed as a free agent by the Detroit Lions, reuniting with Jim Schwartz who was his defensive coordinator with the Titans. On September 5, he was released to make room for linebacker Spencer Havner.
