Are Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel getting divorced? There are new fears mounting over the couple’s relationship and marriage even though Justin publicly apologized to Jessica for his proclaimed alcohol-infused “lapse of judgment.” Justin Timberlake and actress Alisha Wainwright were spotted getting handsy at the Old Absinthe House on New Orleans’ Bourbon Street. The duo is filming the upcoming movie Palmer and though there has been a public apology and sources who say Jessica will stay with Justin, there are other reports saying that the couple has a lot more to work on than is being publicly released — and according to reports, divorce isn’t off the table.

A new report by Life & Style Weekly says that Justin has been accused of cheating on Jessica Biel in the past and that the two even have a “cheating clause” in their prenup. According to the report, this isn’t an issue of whether Alisha and Justin had a “full-blown affair that would violate the clause” but that the intimacy caught on camera already violates it.

Life & Style Weekly stated the following.

“It doesn’t matter that Justin and Alisha weren’t kissing. It still counts as cheating. Jessica is totally humiliated. She can’t believe he would do this to her.”

Justin couldn’t escape the gossip and rumors that blew up on social media and issued a public apology to his wife of seven years on his official Instagram account where he has 56.8m followers.

Justin insisted that nothing transpired and blamed the indiscretion on alcohol.
